About the job:


Having solved a critical problem of the Electric Vehicle (EV) space – Safety of vehicles, by using our leading-edge technology and advanced systems which will ultimately drive the larger adoption of electric vehicles in India, we’re looking to further accelerate our mission of powering 5 Mn electric vehicles with Vecmocon smart solutions by 2025. To help in our mission, we are looking for a highly passionate Sales Manager to further extend our footprints in the Indian EV sector.


If you are ready to make an impact and help deliver meaningful outcomes, join our sales team to drive Vecmocon’s smart and intelligent solutions among the broader EV industry players including OEM, ODM, battery manufacturers and more. You’ll help us in customer acquisition, revenue generation and managing key partnerships with the prospective clients. We’re looking to add key member who will be a strong team player and will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential. The role would be based in New Delhi.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Drive customer acquisition & partnerships with some of the largest EV companies in India. 

2.Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility.  

3.Build and develop strong business relationships with new and existing clients.

4.Regularly achieve the sales targets decided by the management.

5.Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue. 

6.Create an enthusiastic and successful sales environment focused on thinking out of the box and taking up new challenges.

7.Manage high levels of communication & transparency among the cross-functional teams. 

8.Increase sales and distribution of Vecmocon’s new and existing product portfolios.

9.Comfortable to travel across the Delhi-NCR for sales related task.

Preferred qualifications:

1.(B2B) sales experience of 2+ years in EV/ Electronic component company.

2.Excellent verbal, written communication and people skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. 

3.Highly motivated, energetic & comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced organisation.

4.Bachelors degree from Electrical or Electronics background
